The light that bothers me most is the flashlight in the face when I go for an evening walk around the CG. I rarely use a flashlight and it amazes me when I see people using flashlights even in lit up areas. I really don't care except when they feel it necessary to shine it in my face. I could see fine in the dark but can't anymore cause you blinded me with that blasted light.
