This may sound a bit trollish ,but isn't met to be.
I do not light up my site, I have my stair light on and usually a Coleman lantern.
I have a fire when I feel like it,never a roaring bonfire, just enough for the ambiance.
My music is on, and you may be able to hear it,but it is no louder than your farting and bickering with your wife.
When you voluntarily temporarily set yourself up in an area with the population density slightly more than Singapore, you are going to encounter things and people that you don't like; if it is such an insurmountable problem for you, you have chosen the wrong lifestyle! If you are a stargazer why on earth would you go to a campground? If you don't like campfires and woodsmoke why would you go to a campground?
When a fulltimer complains about things like this I just have to shake my head.
In a nation of 300 million I doubt that there are more than 50 thousand folks that have chosen this extreme lifestyle and to claim offenses against the vast majority of the rest of the population is ludicrous. Seems to me that fulltimers would be more tolerant than others considering the fact that they have thrust themselves into this lifestyle.
Keep in mind that nothing I have said excuses the extreme actions of others that we all encounter from time to time!
