Seems to me if I am in the middle of trees, nature, and thousands of acres of nothing, my lights should not even remotely affect you. Maybe I am neither stupid nor grossly inconsiderate; maybe it's just your expectations that are grossly stupid. But that is just an aside, more to the point: If I ain't breaking any rules, then I guess you need to either live with it or move to a different campground where the rules suit your expectations better.
