I gotta be fair about my experience at Amadore,,It was through a weekend and we did not stay at the "Resort",, we were in " General Population"!!
There are a few really nice lake front camping places near by,, try Collins lake, North of Amadore in Yuba County.. Also up the "50 corridor" are a few more...
