I guess we were never like that when we were young, right? Memories are short.
When I was little, I was terrible. My mother once got so frustrated with me, she wished that I would have kids like me.

When I was a little bigger, I used to play baseball with the other kids at the end of the cul-de-sac near our house. There was an elderly couple that lived near the circle. Every one of the neighborhood kids felt they were mean old grouches that hated kids. If the ball flew into their yard, it was considered lost. None of the kids, including myself, tried to get to know the couple.
I understand them a lot better now, but they are long gone. The ones that used to laugh and talk about the mean old grouches are now mean old grouches themselves. Something about karma...
