This posts and the different responses just show the difference in generations. Years ago, you didn't have people camping that did not control their kids. Kids were controlled, period, by either the parents or the adults in the area.
Fast forward and it is easy for anyone to acquire an rv and this posts and responses show the variations of people who do get one.
To say that they should be disrespectful to others, cause its a campground , rather than be on the streets is a cop out of being a good parent.
They always said "To the victor comes the spoils". well that's one that has certainly come true.

Never children/kids? We all were, BUT, it sure appears there were and are responsible parents and also the other side of that.
