What "kids will be kids" meant 20 years ago and what that means now is like night and day.
Since I started RV'ing full time and spending more time in CG's across the USA, I was appalled to find out what kids are like today. They are so much 'up in your face' if you so much as look at them. They are not children anymore they are little criminals on their way to the big house and some to be feared. AND they are proud to be that way too.
Real sad, real sad what the next generation is going to be like.
When these little terrorists start in on me, my dogs or campsite I just go to the CG manager and ask to be moved. I don't complain, I don't go the parents, and god forbid don't talk to the kids as one forum member stated what comes out of their mouths. I just calmly ask to move to another campsite with little discussion of why to the CG owner.
I now instead of taking the 'next in line' site, I ask to be parked way out in the lower forty of the CG. Have not come across a CG that has ever denied me that request. Ahhhh, it's nice and quiet being away from everyone! :C
