On most occasions, a charcoal grilled burger with baked potato is hard to beat. However, my most memorable was at Hunting Island. We had our #1 spot which was not 100' from the ocean. We went to the local shrimp dock, picked up 10 pounds of shrimp right from the boat and had a shrimp boil watching the waves and seagulls. Man that was the perfect night! Hundreds of restaurants will be faded memories, but I'll remember that night forever.

I did that one evening at Duck, North Carolina with the Wife and family. Excellent food and friends make for a memorable experience.
