Yes, I'm that guy in the right lane going super slow (esp out west, 55-60 is like 20 mph under the limit!)
well, "out west" towing speed limits vary all over the place
montana 80 on most interstate sections, 70 on secondary roads.
california 55 towing or 3 axles or more
oregon 65 or 55 depending on the road
idaho, between 65 and 80
Washington, anywhere from 65 to 75
No 70 MPH secondary roads that I'm aware of in WV, NC, SC, VA or TN...guess it depends on more long straight stretches versus continual mountainous, curvy roads.
