Toyo also has a document with information on exceeding the sidewall limits based on speed. Depending on the speed of the vehicle the sidewall load and pressure can be exceeded by up to 105% and 30 psi, respectively.
Maybe you will do that but I won't. Been towing in the mountains on secondary and interstate highways for 40 years and never aired tires over cold air max sidewall psi, and never a tire failure, running at speed limits, towing heavy last 10-12 yrs and in some upper 90s temps also.....I'll purchase tires that will do the job without having to air them up another 10 psi so That I can go faster....( with or without " bulletin")...
