My first newer truck was a 2011 Ram with the tire pressure monitor in it and every time I turned around I was getting a low pressure warning when the temps started to fall. I would bring the tires up to pressure then within 2 weeks the temp dropped again and the warnings came back. My work truck does the same thing. Well I got tired of the pressure warning all the time and went to the local Big O, spent 40 buck on nitrogen and never had a problem with tire pressure for 2 years from 110 above to 10 below. I traded the truck this year for a 2014 Ram and will run on air until the pressure monitor system starts to drive me nuts.
As for have a problem on the road well just put air in the tire, its ok to mix nitrogen and air.
