We just joined this site and have been toying with the idea of gate guarding. There seems to be so much to learn and know about how to get a job, how to find a good company to work for, what to expect from those comanies. If anyone has any input for a newbie, please let us know. If anyone has any web sites that might be useful, we would appreciate the links and/or suggestions.
