I also agree with what you said
#1. I call our service man when we reach 80 gal of diesel
(as per request)
#2 I call our service man when we are at 40 gal of Diesel
(as per request just to remind him) He says he will be out the next morning
#3 I call him to let him know we are now down to 30 gal of diesel
again he says he will be out early in the morning
#4 I call him and tell him we are under 20 gal of diesel.
(again he will be out in the morning before going any where else.
Sometimes he makes in but only with 50 gal, which only gives him
a few days to come back again. Never had a full tank of diesel)
#5. Our lights burned out and it took 5 days to get new bulbs. We do have a lot of Illeagles on this ranch. Roger did finally get us two tower lights boy what a difference.I just could not understand why they tell us to be very careful at night when we go out and not get in the dark then takes 5 days to get new lights.
The service men have a tough job, I am saying Jay needs to be aware they have too much on their plates and need some help.
As far a Roger goes, we had an emergency right after we got here. One of the colechie drivers got sick and we had to have the ambulance come out and get him. We had just arrived and I wasn't getting through to the emergency people how to get to us, so I called Roger. He was very short with me and told me to tell them where we were. I told him I tried but they were having problems following and I figured he could get through to the better than I could. Well to get to the point another driver stopped took my phone and call the 911 again and they got here in about 10 minutes and took the guy to the hospital.
As far as Jay goes, he has been very helpful and I for one think he is doing a good job, this is not a consentual feeling with other gate guards.
