We work for Loma. Loma is new to the gate guard business a little less than a year. They hire you as an independent contractor via 1099 tax form. They supply you with generator, lights and water. If your lucky you might get a vest smaller than 2xx/3xx extra large.
As for field support, water and fuel delivery has been good. However they only have one trailer set up for such delivery. As they expand locations this could become a problem. Our last delivery was about 11:00 pm.
They have a person that is supposed to do your gen. set when going onto a site. We find this person to be less than through.
Also in that they are relatively new to the business they are sort of paranoid about how one goes about doing the job. A number of folks have been released over minor issues rather than having a chance to discuss the issue.
The plus side is that they pay more than some of the major companies.
