Sorry, I was brief because my comment was off topic. Bravo Zulu is a Navy expression for "well done" . Glen is a retired Navy Diver and the photo was take by the "miles to" sign on the island of Diego Garcia, near the equator,in the Indian Ocean. The "all expense paid recreational dive trip" comment was intended as a back handed compliment because that duty station is a serious work site for a saturation diver. Even the training is pretty extreme and no where near recreational.
