Just curious. What "minor issues" could result in your firing/release??
As stated Loma is the new guy on the street. Any compliant will result in the guard being released and often with no input from the guard. Some one shows up and says your released.
We're told that 80% of their guard business is with one energy company. Too many eggs in one basket?
