OK all you gate guards with canines-our vet has a vaccine for rattlesnake bites. It is a two step process and lasts over a year. You will still have to get the animal to the vet after a bite. However our vet says the difference is night and day as far as saving the animal. You basically are buying some time and increasing the odds of survival with these shots. You might want to check with your vet.
