Yes I do. Jamie asked if I would consider coming over here so I did. Don't think I will again. - The_TexanExplorerNow you know why we do not work for Roger and stay east of 35, with Jamie.....:B
- Don_SharExplorerUpdate on service man.....it has been a while since I posted. We got a couple of new service men out of Corizo so I wanted to see how they would do I have ran out of water 2 times. Last week when I called and told them I was out of water he asked if I had enough to last till morning....no I am "OUT" of water I had called earlier and he was to be here 2 days ago. I called and told him we were down to 100 gal of diesel, called and told him we were down to 60/ gal of diesel and asked him to bring new air hose for the bell when he came.Friday the 13th he showed up with the air hose and water which he had just filled but no diesel. we were down under 60 gal. He said he would back tomorrow with the diesel, well here it is Tuesday and I am about out of diesel. I am not calling again. When I run out of diesel I will call Jay. This time I will call Jay...I give as much as I want to give now I will demand service.
- GGupExplorerIf Timekeepers are doing that...Very Good reason to stay where I am with GGS!!!! Get my fuel and water today...Very Happy Camper...even when they line up at the gate which is ALWAYS open!!!:B
- AprilWhineExplorerQuestion for you active gate guards:
I saw a post on another forum that said Timekeepers is now making you pay for your generator fuel, water and pumping. Is this true? - craftiemissyExplorerWow, if Mr. Diamond thinks we're babysitting some campers at a campground, he's in for a rude awakening. (-:
BTW which way to the jet ski rental? - GGupExplorer
LOL. Could you imagine the workcamper at the local Jellystone waking up one morning to see what we normally see parked outside the gate?
WOW...You get them to line up OUTSIDE the gate until you wake up?? :))
Must have been a miss placed POST that started this!!! Maybe that big branch hit him? Hope not...$5000 would be bad enough. - Ajones42Explorer

Yes, a gate guard is working. You would be helping get campers checked in and out. Usually they won't ask you to clean the laundry room or latrines though so that's a bonus. Been stuck with some pretty nasty jobs in the past. Got away from workamping. It's not for me but I talk to just about everyone when we're out and most folks seem to love it.
