Information Discussion for Gate Guards

Had a new rig go in 200 yds west of us yesterday, H&P 468, with their own gate. Now we will get a lot of "lost" souls, as we just did, going to the rig....:B.

We are taking 4-5 days off, starting Tue, as our fridge is dying and we have a new Samsung residential fridge to get installed. Jamie said he would get a temp here for us and we would come back to our same gate, sure hope so.

Had a quick, heavy downpour yesterday, so we are back on waterfront property for a few days. Our frogs did not return though....

A quarter of a city block away from our gate is another one. It does not have a gate guard and they have been building a road so must have been over 100 clichie trucks with most pulling a second unit. They watered the road atleast twice and the dust still blew.:( Glad they were not coming in here. :B Seems, the way to make a road, W/O a GG!!!

Or do not log each truck in and out. Oh well, what do I know and that is why we get paid!!!:C

Lot cooler this morning and very little rain yesterday...like only 4 inches!!! That is the drops were 4" apart!;)

Hope all have a good weekend and everyone has water and diesel fuel...

Sorry people I was told the meals were figured in with the Fracing jobs, we had some great steaks, Bacon wrapped Quil, Mexican plates.
Weatherford done our Fracing so I thought all Fracers furnished Catered meals.

We have finally moved!!
Sure was an interesting well, but sooo glad to move. We were on a hunting ranch with a weird owner. Everything irritated the land owner and four days before we moved, he got upset with some of our rig guys and put a log chain on the gate and locked it.
He wore a gun 24/7 which was a little scary when he was very much under the influence, which was most always. He decided he really liked us, so he visited us constantly...especially in the wee hours of the morning.
Our company man moved us to the new location two days before the move..I think he wanted to give us a much deserved rest!

And it begins again...WE"RE FRACKING!!! At least it means job security :C
