Don't forget that BBQ tastes are as varied as the all outdoors. :) What some people think is fantastic is yucko to someone else. Some people actually like their BBQ sauce cooked on the meat. :)
And BBQ sauces differ depending on where you are. Personally I prefer the Carolina sauces that are light on the tomato sauce.
