Installing 50 Amp in garage

The panel is within 3 feet or where I want the service installed so this shouldn't be an issue. Should be an easy install.

Lucky you!! I am betting you will consider this upgrade to be a top 10. The only thing I might consider is placing the box on the exterior of the home instead of inside the garage. Unless your rig can fit into the garage the 50 amp cord snaking under the garage door might cause a problem either with the door actually closing or leaving space for vermin to enter and enjoy your warm, dry garage. Shouldn't change the cost very much.
