Installing new glazing bead on rear window

I have removed the old glazing bead from the rear window on my "C" because of shrinkage and it had pulled out of all 4 corners. I bought new glazing bead and the the installation looks pretty straight forward but it wants to bunch up in the corners. Anybody tackle this project before
