Can't say anything about Progressive in other States, but here in Texas I've had excellent service and coverage. Had a brand new RV totaled while on my first trip out of State with it. The Progressive agent declared it totaled before even getting within 50 ft of the pile of ruble and taking pictures. The check was waiting for me when I got home, and I had a full replacement value rider on the policy. My rates didn't go up after that claim (although it was the other guy's fault), and in fact my rates even with full replacement coverage have declined over the years. The kicker is I get a discount on the RV because I have multiple vehicles covered by Progressive and my other vehicle is a motorcycle.
