FWIW, I don't insure all our toys either. If I did, I'd have paid more in insurance to date than the cost of replacing a couple of them. The TC is one thing I do carry insurance on, A. Because it's cheap to have and B. Because if there is a shop fire, it's not coming out until the demo outfit shows up to clean up the mess.
