Insuring medical equipment in the RV

Still looking at options and stuff here. The equipment agreement reads "I understand that I will maintain homeowners or renters insurance insuring against loss, theft, damage, or destruction to the equipment, for its full replacement value and against liability and property damage caused by the equipment. I must notify my insurance carrier that I have custody and control over the Davita at Home Equipment............"

I am going to look at a speciality contract for coverage. I am also exploring a couple of other options and opinions yet. Sure is a puzzler though. Thanks for any suggestions you may have. Have a great day Bert
