I'm not interested in watching The Profit until Mr Lemonis sees his way to getting all the pieces of CW working properly.
Last year I had a web order that turned into a fiasco. First the local CW store would not accept the return (contrary to policy). Then the nice online Customer Service folks issued a merchandise discount certificate that required me to pay full price on my next purchase, then call them and have them issue a credit on the back-end of the deal.
And a couple of months ago I visited my local store just because of their regularly mailed promotions and asked for the location of the advertised item I wanted. I was told they did not stock that item and they run into that type of issue all the time.
I could go on, but I get more benefit than not from being a Good Sam member (and having a store in my hometown). So I'll enjoy the good while hoping they clean up their operational stuff sometime soon.
