I didn't see anything positive in that article from OP. Just some whining over things that didn't go his way.
I'm no fan of CW and its recent business model, particularly all the unsolicited GS literature. But I believe businesses rise and fall based on how they treat the customer. People will either patronize or abandon them on that basis. I don't see that the author of that article had any plans to offer better service.
