Well being on permanent vacation (Retired with pension) I do the math a bit differently

Value of RV new with sticker in window... $N.. Yes, the very same amount, So that's a wash (I no longer have the S&B)
Taxes on the S&B Over 3,000 a year and growing
Taxes on the MH 382
Utilities for the S&B around 250 average, perhaps more.
Utilities for the MH,, I buy, usually, about 180/year of Propane (15/month) plus Most summers I pay 95/month for parking, and most winters about 210/month, This year is a bit more expensive.
Parking includes Electric and Wi-Fi most of the time
Telephone.. Cell, with internet, cheaper than wireline.
TV: Over the air, same as at the house.
So long as I do not absolutely positively have to be there yesterday (in which case you dial up TARDIS travels, and if you do not get the joke, I'm sorry) I really like travel by RV, once I got over "IT IS BIG" it's a really nice ride.
