There are many stores that sell thing both on-line and in their stores. Places Like Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and a host of other sticks and bricks type stores all allow you to purchase the item on-line and then pick it up at the store without having to pay shipping.
This is all people are asking for.
CW is way behind the times in this regard.
