Would I let a stranger into my stick & bricks that knocked on the door wanting to use my bathroom? Absolutely not. Would I in the MH, absolutely not. Who's going to clean up others peoples mess if they make one? How do you really judge who looks OK and who doesn't just by looking at them.
Too many things to take into consideration. Bio- contamination, theft, breakage, messy, you do for one you should do for all, etc. For me it would be no. I've been there done that, as well as my wife. There is always a ditch. My wife has squatted along side the road at times over our 30 years of marriage.
I'm sure in that situation many would be using the great outdoors
