For me, I think it would depend on the situation and how long we had already been stopped. I may be tempted to say in a very polite way "sorry, but we do not carry water in our holding tank and have no way to flush" even though that is not true. It used to be easier to trust people but now days, you just never know. Some of the scariest looking people could actually be the most honest and some of the cleanest cut may be very deceiving. Now if we had been there for over an hour at a stand still with no sign of future movement yet and someone really seeming desperate appeared, my answer may be different. I really don't know as I have not been in the situation and guess I would just approach it how ever I felt most comfortable at the time. That's a hard one to ponder for sure.
