We would have to make a decision based on each situation. We would not usually pass anyone by that needed assistance. This wouldn't be too bad for the men as they can turn their back and relieve themselves. A woman on the other hand has to bare all. I wouldn't want to be in that situation, so doubt I could make someone else "suffer". I would never let a child or pet be thirsty, hungry, cold, too hot etc if I could do anything about it.
