Children worry me as well. While I didn't have to clean out feminine hygiene products, I've had to push large wads of TP down into the black tank then fill/rinse the tank to dissolve the mass after it was used by wee ones. A friend of mine allowed a cow-orker to borrow his RV, and his kids dropped firecrackers down the toilet to the tune of several thousand of repairs due to the melted tank. (Thankfully said cow-orker did pay for the damages.)
