There are no gangs of drug thieves waiting in traffic jams to steal your Geritol, Viagra, or Prep H. Ask them to remove their shoes, unless they are Canadian, they will do it anyways.

The best/ worst i've read here is the germophobe who bought an rv out of worry of public facilities.
Pity there are so many who have weak arguments, no compassion.
Never would we turn away a needy person, on the road or at home. There are people out there who cannot relieve without walls, are unprepared such as the mom with kids, but no water for the formula.
Help them. Show the kindness, Make a friend. Pay Forward.
