Called and told the title company about it. They researched it and from its inception, that is how the title was prepared. However, they said, it is an error and it must be corrected. Easy mistake with the J and K right next to each other on the keyboard, but a proofreader should have caught it.
They are correcting it. Just pointing out that mistakes/typos on titles do happen.
