Had I known about the ant problem I would not have chosen the South but here I am.
Regarding the Terro ant baits. If you put the Terro out AFTER you have ants it takes '2 weeks' for them to finally die off from it.
It's best to put the Terro out under your sinks right from the get go and replace them often. That way you won't have to endure those dang little critters crawling all over your MH.
