Is a tandem axle cargo trailer worth the extra $ over single

Since we can't go out anywhere I have been working on my business plan starting a craft business. We (my wife and I) will need a enclosed cargo trailer to transport the goods to various craft shows...

On both of the single axle TTs and one pop up I had, with 10" wheels/tires, I was able to use the bottle jack that came in my truck to lift the trailers. The jack even has the long handles so I can slide it under the trailer without having to get down on the ground.
