Is a tandem axle cargo trailer worth the extra $ over single

Since we can't go out anywhere I have been working on my business plan starting a craft business. We (my wife and I) will need a enclosed cargo trailer to transport the goods to various craft shows...

Buy the tandem. Why? If you buy the single axle and you get to where your craft business either grows (not enough capacity on the single axle) or fails (no longer need a trailer or can find another use for the trailer), you will either have to buy a tandem axle to match the growth or you have a more limited number of uses other than lightweight crafts. Not to mention a better resale value on the tandem trailer.
