Is a tandem axle cargo trailer worth the extra $ over single

Since we can't go out anywhere I have been working on my business plan starting a craft business. We (my wife and I) will need a enclosed cargo trailer to transport the goods to various craft shows...

True story. Most low end trailer manufacturers do a short tongue on flat front trailers: 36"
