Or is anybody else bothered when you go into a park and it smells like one of those porta poddys you use at festivals or construction sites?
That smell is from CG's that do not require a donut and or elbow connection for the end of your sewer hose where it goes into the sewer opening. And from inconsiderate RV'ers who don't use one.
Think about it, you are opening a cap to a sewer and just stick your hose into it. Once you open that sewer cap sewer gas escapes AND when you go to dump now you have the added smell of that escaping into the air and engulfing your camping neighbors AND YOUR OWN SITE!
Many CG's that require them have these rubber donuts at the desk for you to buy if you don't have one.

THIS is what everyone 'should' have for their sewer hose to use all the time.

I wish
ALL CG's would REQUIRE them.
