Is It Possible to obtain a COE 62+ yr old Card In The Mail?
I just turned 62 this year, and want to get the -50% discount card from all COEs. Thanks for any definitive assistance on how to receive and order the card!

You don't need to go to a "COE"- ANY Federal Recreation Area will have the pass.
Look for National Parks, National Forests- Nationally owned whatever.
