Is It Possible to obtain a COE 62+ yr old Card In The Mail?
I just turned 62 this year, and want to get the -50% discount card from all COEs. Thanks for any definitive assistance on how to receive and order the card!

I've never found a COE location which sells the passes.
The closest to Dallas is the LBJ Grasslands National Forest Service HQ in Decatur out Hwy 287 northwest of Fort Worth. Be sure to call ahead before driving up there. 940-627-5475
The Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge near Sherman might have them also - 903-786-2826.
There seems to be an allotment system where different offices only get so many to issue/ sell. Both the Decatur and Sherman locations have been out of passes when friends have tried to get one in the past at different times.
National Park Service locations tend to be more reliable for walkup customers to get the pass - the nearest is in Sulphur Oklahoma at the Chickasaw National Recreation Area - the Ranger station on US 177 just south of downtown Sulphur or the Park HQ on West 2nd St in Sulphur, not the campgrounds on Lake of the Arbuckles - 580-622-7234 but they are only open 9 am to 4:30 pm weekdays.
