Is It Possible to obtain a COE 62+ yr old Card In The Mail?
I just turned 62 this year, and want to get the -50% discount card from all COEs. Thanks for any definitive assistance on how to receive and order the card!

As said, it is not a COE pass.
There is another problem that no one else here seems to have hit. Not every place that is supposed to always has the required material to issue the pass. Twice we were at places that should have been able to issue the pass, and twice they could not complete the application. So, Call the place you intend to pick up the pass and confirm that they can do the application. If they can't, spend the extra 10$ and enjoy the pass.
