Sell it, dont buy a new one, bank more money and live to camp another day. I wouldn't sell the other stuff, just properly store it. That stuff wont bring any money. Watch the rifles and humidity. Oil them good and keep an eye on them. It will always be there when you get back and it will be even better. Maybe in 10 years you will be in a different situation and be able to take much bigger blocks of time off. There are plenty of other things to do with the kids to keep them occupied and have fun.
