You have to figure it out for yourself. Anything we say is just our feelings. I am sure you have emotional feelings about the issue that we don't understand.
Even though you didn't ask, people have offered alternatives to getting away, but you seem to be boxed out. So if, as you have stated, you won't ever use the rig for anything, what's the point in keeping it? And buying new is out of the question.
It will lose value sitting in your yard. If you keep it in storage, you are wasting money. Without care, it will deteriorate. You would lose money on a straight sale or trade in two or three years for now.
My opinion - cut your loses. Sell it all.
