Is there a brand of sealant at Home Depot or lowes

Clean all of the surfaces to be sealed with a caulk removing paste, followed by a solvent. Chances are, you have a residual film of silicone still on the surfaces and that's why the bond is failing.
IMO, the polymer sealants mentioned are superior to silicone in these applications. Lexel would be my choice, I know it comes in clear.
