I go to this rv park every year in Parker AZ, I have had a corner lot with grass, tree etc..., they water the grass with a sprinkler and hose the water is super hard manganese etc....everyone knows it...

I guess it's just me but , all of my insurance policies are written in Latin. Or , just as well could have been.
Ha Ha and court papers are even worse. I think lawyers have contests to see how many Whereas and Wherefores they can put in documents.
That being said , Talk to your agent. My agent would work with me on any claim. I have had the same insurance agent for over 30 years.
My girlfriend has insurance through one of those companies where you fill stuff out online. She has no one to talk to in person and her insurance is a joke.
