Is this normal for a 30 amp breaker
The 20 amp breaker for the air conditioner get warm when the air is running. Is this normal?

The mechanism that makes breakers trip is heat. Typical for breakers to get warm under load. Hot would be a potential problem. New breaker is a few bucks. If it concerns you, put a new one in there. Otherwise, enjoy the cool A/C
