Is this Site Declining and losing Members?
In just the past week I have read probably 10 comments among different threads all claiming that this site is going downhill, is losing members (or chasing them away)and generally ailing by reason of ...

I suspect "Management" has access to user logs showing how many logged in and how many posted and so on and so forth.. but since I'm not management here.. I Don't.
However I do know a few things:
Inereste in assorted things waxes and wanes.. And Priorities change.. As an example. A new RVer who did not get a good RV-101 from his Dealer has about a hundred (if not more) questions on the average, but once he's got his answers some go away, others stick around and pass it on. .
And though I do not care to bring up politics, Politics are a Fact of life.. Or, to some, Life and death,, But that's a topic for elsewhere.
And that Elsewhere for many is taking more and more of their time as they post highly political stuff, and of course get flamed by the other side, and flame back. With one side posting mostly Facts, and the other side Mostly fantasy (By the way I like Facts) (And no, the only fact here is that for some, The political arean is more important than here, and for others.. Well... I moved the Polics to a lower level of priority If I have to skip some place, Facebook is #1 on the "Skip" list, just now.
Note that the above does not matter which side of any political issue you are one,, You think you are posting "Facts" and the other guy "Fiction".. That is Universal.
Some day we will find out who is posting facts.. But not here today.
