I just find it very interesting that they CAN pick and choose what they want to allow in this 'total' shutdown and what they do not.
Here in Florida there was a potential hurricane/Tstorm approaching and all of a sudden he came on TV and said they would open FEMA immediately for the hurricane if it did in fact make landfall.
Now today they are going to make an exception and allow gov checks to be printed and mailed for one 'specific' group of people.
